    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage Client Accounts
    • Process client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
    • Manage client account balances and ensure that all accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Meet Regulatory Requirements
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering laws.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum six months' branch banking experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of banking products and services.
Work Environment

The work environment for this position is a standard office environment with a moderate noise level. The physical demands of this position include prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as occasional lifting and bending.
