Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Mid-Atlantic Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and exceeds sales targets.

Our client is the leading provider of replacement expansion joint systems, penetration seal systems, and HRSG duct/liner replacement systems sold to power plants. With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we strive to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers through regular communication and outreach efforts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and other sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to provide customized solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on customer interactions, sales activity, and market trends.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in an outside or traveling sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
