Job SummaryThis role reports to the Innovation team and is responsible for designing, developing, and managing various applications, application interfaces, and data sources that support PSEG Nuclear Innovation and Work Management.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Management and governance for the Work Management data, metrics, and reports for PSEG Nuclear.
- Design, development, and management of applications and reports in the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Create ad-hoc reports and dashboards in Power BI and other applications to support fleet needs.
- Responsible for the integrity of the Work Management network, including management interface of data between the scheduling tool and various other databases associated with the work management process.
- Serve as lead data strategist to identify and integrate new datasets that can be leveraged through our fleet and work closely with data customers in the development of data products.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience or 6 years of experience in scheduling within the nuclear power industry.
- Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.
- Working knowledge of user interface development in VBA.
- Experience with Microsoft applications, business intelligence, and programming languages.

The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
