Job Description
BIC Recruiting seeks an experienced Sales Representative to join our team as an Industrial Territory Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your sales skills in a dynamic industry.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth. They will work closely with our engineering department to provide customized solutions for clients and manage sales activity in assigned territories. A strong understanding of industrial sales and excellent customer service skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a sales strategy that aligns with company objectives
- Communicate regularly with current and potential customers to manage sales activity
- Collaborate with the engineering department to provide customized solutions
- Provide timely reports on customer needs, problems, and competitive activities

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably outside or traveling sales
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in web-based and mobile applications (SalesForce.com)
- Intermediate Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a sense of urgency

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $90,000-$140,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for bonus compensation.
