Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of clinical staff members at Richmond Opco LLC. As a skilled nursing professional, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing nursing care plans, supervising and guiding junior staff members, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Implement Nursing Care Plans
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supervise and Guide Junior Staff Members
    • Provide guidance and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff members
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure Delivery of Exceptional Patient Outcomes
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure
    • Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing
    • Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of employment
  • Experience
    • One year of experience in nursing, preferably in a skilled nursing setting
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
