We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer II to join our team at Raytheon Advanced Airborne RF (AARF) Systems Engineering department in Goleta, California. As a key member of our Integrated Product Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring program objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities- Determine product or system requirements based on customer information and provide traceability to these requirements.
- Capture requirements in specific documents such as specifications and interface control documents.
- Ensure requirements are clear, concise, understandable, and verifiable.
- Trace the flow of requirements between different program areas to ensure all areas have complete information.
- Assess requirement changes for impact to the overall system and subsystems and track implemented changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of prior systems engineering experience.
- Experience with systems design and requirements engineering on EW/Radar programs.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.
- Strong RF experience and knowledge of microwave modules.
- Technical team leadership experience of minimum of three engineers.
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture (SysML specifically), digital thread concepts, digital engineering, MBSE with DevSecOps).
- Experience leading STE development (and prime hardware) test activities.
- Experience with security requirements related to government testing.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years.

What We Offer- Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $142,000.

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs.
