Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Flex-N-Gate. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform part destruct testing to identify any defects or issues
  • Conduct SPC readings on check fixtures to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Assist in the collection and identification of non-conforming parts to prevent defects
  • Perform layered process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Inspect parts staged for shipment to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Inspect incoming purchased product and record data to ensure accuracy
  • Inspect received steel to ensure it meets quality standards
Requirements
  • Knowledge of quality systems and processes
  • Previous experience with quality tools such as CMM, calipers, micrometers, etc.
  • Previous experience with blueprint reading
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds repetitively during shift
  • Ability to use basic hand tools
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
