Role Overview
The Customer Success Manager, Addressability plays a crucial role in supporting the business by gaining an in-depth understanding of the inventory and audiences available through PubMatic's publisher and data partner network. This position involves providing both proactive and reactive support to our Ad Solutions Team. It is an analytical, client-facing role that optimizes strategies across multiple channels to enhance outcomes for both Publishers and Advertisers. Success in this role requires a strategic and collaborative mindset, enabling effective partnerships with clients and internal teams to establish best practices for delivery. Additionally, this individual will be tasked with formulating and executing strategic plans for our data partners' targeting and cookie-less solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of PubMatic's technology and media solutions, articulating the value proposition to foster business growth.
  • Influence strategic and operational decision-making related to campaign setup, internal workflows, reporting, and more.
  • Design, implement, and scale processes and performance initiatives for Addressability to enhance revenue generation and improve platform efficiency. Formulate and execute account strategies with data companies and other addressability partners.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports necessary for reviewing current revenue, workloads, and processes.
  • Guide the development of tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance and operations.
  • Interpret 'deal' briefs from buyers, crafting packages that meet buyer requirements while proactively suggesting additional strategies.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in programmatic roles such as Client Services, Trading, or Account Management within a publisher, SSP, DSP, or ad exchange.
  • Understanding of the programmatic advertising lifecycle, including ad serving, bidding processes, pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends, and buying technologies.
  • Ability to utilize data and analytics to derive insights and develop meaningful solutions for deal and performance optimizations.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly interacting with both internal and external stakeholders regarding products, solutions, and strategies.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of taking initiative and pursuing new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Compensation Range: $90,000 - $110,000. This range represents PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role, with actual amounts varying based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, PubMatic offers a bonus structure, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.
