Your Role

As a Customer Success Manager II, you will utilize technology and streamlined processes to support our clients effectively. Your goal will be to provide a seamless experience with Brex, which includes developing strategies for client retention and growth, addressing inquiries, and proactively engaging with clients to meet their needs.

This position involves managing a portfolio of clients to help them realize their business objectives with Brex. You will collaborate closely with various teams at Brex (Client Sales, Operations, Product, and Implementation) to ensure a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently devise strategies to retain and expand Brex's client base.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client status and needs.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks.
  • Monitor client accounts through various metrics, including product usage and account health indicators.
  • Ensure clients have adequate credit limits.
  • Engage with clients proactively based on specific criteria.
  • Advocate for clients' needs across internal teams.
  • Own metrics related to product adoption, retention, and growth for assigned accounts.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years in customer-facing roles.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
  • Experience in managing a high volume of clients at different lifecycle stages.
  • Background in a SaaS or Fintech environment.
  • A passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
  • A self-starter with a deep understanding of client needs and use cases.
  • A proven track record in building relationships and driving business growth.
  • Comfortable presenting innovative ideas and challenging conventional approaches.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the payments and credit card industry.
Compensation

The expected total compensation for this role ranges from $126,560 to $158,200. The starting salary will be determined by various factors, including the candidate's experience, skills, and market conditions. This figure encompasses base salary and potential commissions, which are contingent on performance. Additional compensation may include equity and other benefits as part of a comprehensive package.
