Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of PubMatic's technology and media solutions, articulating the value proposition to foster business growth.
- Influence strategic and operational decision-making regarding campaign setup, internal workflows, reporting, and more.
- Develop, implement, and scale processes and performance initiatives for Addressability to optimize revenue generation and enhance platform efficiency.
- Formulate and execute account strategies with data companies and other addressability partners.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports necessary for reviewing current revenue, workloads, and processes.
- Drive the development of tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance and operations.
- Understand and respond to 'deal' briefs from buyers, constructing packages that fulfill buyer requirements while proactively suggesting additional strategies.
Qualifications:- 2-5 years of experience in programmatic roles such as Client Services, Trading, or Account Management within a publisher, SSP, DSP, or ad exchange.
- In-depth knowledge of the programmatic advertising lifecycle, including ad serving, bidding processes, pricing models, optimization strategies, audience trends, and buying technologies.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to derive insights and implement meaningful solutions for deal and performance optimizations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting both internally and externally regarding products, solutions, and strategies.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of taking initiative and pursuing new challenges.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Compensation:
Base Compensation Range: $85,000 - $100,000
In accordance with applicable law, the above salary range represents PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, PubMatic offers bonuses, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.
