Our products are utilized globally, supported by technical assistance in various languages.

Key Responsibilities:

As a new role within the service department, you will oversee follow-up initiatives on service visits, including both single and recurring field visits.

Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with technicians and other departments to identify and coordinate necessary parts and actions to resolve customer issues in the field.

Given that this is a newly established position, please be aware that your tasks may evolve as the role becomes more defined.


Specific Duties Include:
  • Reviewing escalated service tickets, reports, and checklists to identify machine issues and formulate a resolution plan.
  • Coordinating with technicians, service teams, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to implement the resolution plan effectively.
  • Creating service tickets for necessary work, collaborating with service operations and parts to generate quotes, and communicating requirements to customers.
  • Ensuring that all required materials are available on-site prior to technician arrival.
  • Following up to confirm that all issues have been satisfactorily resolved.

Travel Requirements:
Less than 25% travel may be necessary.

Qualifications:
We seek candidates who are:
  • Results-oriented, process-driven, and adept at problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communicators, both verbally and in writing.
  • Technically inclined with the ability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Detail-oriented self-starters with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer service-focused.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Education & Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business, or 5+ years of relevant experience that includes leadership, customer service, project management, and technical knowledge of Lantech equipment.


Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of Lantech products.
  • At least 3 years of experience in direct customer engagement.
