Job Title: Site Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Site Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, quality assurance, safety, and administration tasks of our job sites. This is a progressive step towards an entry-level assistant superintendent role combining hands-on laborer tasks with the responsibility of overseeing subcontractor compliance and project performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning and organizational tasks on job sites to ensure housekeeping of the project.
  • Monitor and enforce cleanliness standards, ensuring all subcontractor trades are in compliance with their contracts.
  • Conduct daily site inspections for quality assurance and safety.
  • Maintain subcontractor accountability with quality and safety.
  • Communicate regularly with site supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Assist superintendent and project manager with administration tasks.
  • Ensure that waste disposal is managed efficiently and in accordance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction or labor roles (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors and site management.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with computers and technology.
  • Physical ability to perform hands-on cleaning tasks in various weather conditions.
