Customer Service Research Assistant

Fidelity TalentSource serves as your gateway to explore temporary employment opportunities within Fidelity Investments. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Research Assistant to contribute to our initiatives.

This role is integral to the Fidelity Giving Marketplace Non-Profit Outreach and Customer Support team. If you are passionate about assisting our donors and clients in making contributions and securing matching gifts for numerous non-profit organizations, both nationally and internationally, this position may be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on non-profit organizations to identify key contacts and validate their information.
  • Initiate outreach efforts to enroll new charities onto our platform.
  • Provide tier 1 technical support for charities and tier 2 product support for plan administrators and donors.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in customer service case management is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn other web-based applications.
  • Familiarity with internet search engines and website functionalities.

  • Ability to articulate the value of our product to engage charities effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple research and outreach tasks.

  • Identifying and proposing improvements to the team's research processes.
  • Managing additional projects as assigned by the team manager.
