Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As a key member of our Residential Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Use our computerized system to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Process orders, prepare correspondence, and coordinate with other functions as required to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Act as the primary customer contact for pricing and scheduling inquiries.
  • Handle customer calls and correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries.
  • Communicate with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues.
  • Initiate outbound customer service calls for various campaigns.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of clerical or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to use a personal computer or CRT.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows preferred.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be dependable and consistently punctual for all scheduled shifts.
  • A private home office/work space suitable for working remotely for all or part of the regular workweek.
  • Broadband internet with ability to hardwire via an Ethernet cable.
