  • Work collaboratively with team members across various virtual platforms to meet agency objectives and enhance processes.

Daily Expectations:

  • Your daily tasks will include welcoming customers via phone, gathering information for updates, or creating new accounts.
  • You will provide general customer service assistance, including mortgage changes, billing inquiries, and payment processing.
  • Respond to calls, texts, and emails through our communication systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
