- Move-In Audits: Verify that all required payments and leasing documents are completed and filed correctly.
- Billing Accuracy: Ensure that all current and future resident billing is accurate and up-to-date.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly reports in alignment with company standards.
- Budget Familiarity: Understand the property budget and assist in the preparation and submission of bills for approval.
- Resident Relations: Address and resolve resident concerns before escalation to management.
- Leasing Support: Assist with leasing activities and conduct property tours as needed.
- Service Requests: Manage escalated service requests and collaborate with the property team to uphold customer service standards.
- Event Coordination: Support the Property Manager in organizing resident events and enhancing resident retention.
- Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work occasional weekends may be required.
- Valid Driver's License
- 1+ years of experience in property management or real estate preferred
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or property management preferred
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Onesite, Yardi, RealPage)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Maintain confidentiality and handle stress effectively
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
