Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Concord location as a Store Sales Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and delivering a world-class patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Support Patient Care Coordinators to achieve sales quotas and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the location.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor and maintain high standards of clinic operations, including sales goals, labor utilization, and NPS scores.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate a team of remote and in-clinic sales teams to work collaboratively and achieve business objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Manage medical inventory and oversee location maintenance, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in hiring, performance management, and employee relations in coordination with HR and regional teams.
  • Brand Standards: Execute LaserAway brand standards, maintain a clean and welcoming facility, and monitor online reviews to maintain high ratings.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to establish LaserAway as a key community member.
  • Safety Culture: Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales and management experience with a proven track record in achieving metrics and goals.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, full availability to work all shifts, high-level decision-making skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
