  • Key Holder Responsibilities: Open and close the store as directed by the store manager, perform management tasks, and assist with receiving, pricing, and merchandising.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products, including woodworking tools and equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Availability: Availability to work a 5-day retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience in a retail sales environment is a plus, but not required.
