Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Hendrick Lexus Kansas City. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Sales Department and driving sales performance results. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Department and ensure successful achievement of all monthly sales and CSI objectives.
  • Ensure successful achievement of Autoguard Tier 3 each month.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve sales and operations.
  • Train and supervise sales team members to ensure compliance with manufacturer training requirements.
  • Work with upper management and Human Resources to make hiring and discipline decisions.
  • Assist sales team members with processing or completing sales.
  • Oversee department inventory and ensure proper reporting of sales to manufacturers.
  • Interact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Requirements
  • Excellent sales skills and prior supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of the automotive sales industry.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
  • Valid Driver's License.
