Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Office Depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales skills and customer service.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
