Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and provide assistance with account-related inquiries

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 6 months of Call Center experience or 1 year of Customer Service background (B2B and B2C experience preferred)
  • Collections experience is a plus
