Position Overview

As a Customer Solutions Specialist within the Pump and Power division, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, identify their requirements, and provide tailored equipment solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable equipment options.
  • Facilitate negotiations and finalize agreements for rentals or sales, ensuring a smooth contracting process.
  • Strive to maximize sales revenue while exceeding customer expectations through outstanding service.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to support business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Strong sales acumen and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Familiarity with Wynne software is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in Equipment Rental or Emergency Response is preferred.

Physical Requirements

This position may require physical activities such as bending, lifting (up to 25 pounds), and working in various environments as dictated by job demands.
