Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Install, modify, repair, and update Everi products at various locations.
- Regularly check in with clients and monitor devices to guarantee optimal performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise. Comprehensive training and support will be provided as necessary.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Gaming License (assistance provided upon hiring).
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Self-motivated individual eager to learn and work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment (post-training).
- Physical capability to handle heavy equipment.
- Background in networking or technical fields is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and documentation.
