Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Manager with daily, monthly, and year-end accounting operations. Achieve a 4-business day monthly close and financial distribution.
- Coordinate with accounts payable and receivable teams to ensure accurate recording of invoices, reimbursements, cash receipts, and revenue.
- Prepare and file tax returns, supporting the accounting firm with necessary documentation.
- Process functional and benefit expense allocations, monthly accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, and fixed asset depreciation.
- Support capital expenditure generation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly budget versus actual variance reports.
- Conduct general account analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements and fixed assets.
- Organize and maintain financial records, including the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
- Prepare documentation for external parties.
- Provide accounting support across relevant areas and ensure adequate resources are allocated.
- Proactively seek ongoing improvements and efficiencies in all activities, focusing on cost reduction and enhanced efficiency.
- Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis of related transactions as needed.
- Assist with additional business support initiatives as directed by the CFO and executive leadership.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with accounting software and data entry.
- Ability to read and interpret financial reports.
- Understanding of accounting principles and procedures, including GAAP.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
