**Annual Salary Range:** $95,000 - $115,000

We invite dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team at Orlando Health, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Job:

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an inpatient or observation setting, working collaboratively with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and effective patient care management. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans accordingly.

2. Evaluating patients' progress toward expected outcomes and adjusting care plans as needed to promote optimal health outcomes and patient satisfaction.

3. Providing education and support to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their health and well-being.

4. Participating in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of evidence-based practices that enhance patient outcomes and safety.

5. Serving as a preceptor, mentor, and role model, sharing expertise and knowledge with colleagues to promote professional growth and development.

Requirements:

Graduate of an approved school of nursing.

Current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.

BLS/Healthcare Provider certification and ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC certifications required for certain areas.
