About the Job

The Nurse Professional will administer patient care in a hospital or inpatient/observation setting, providing active treatment for injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions. As a key member of the healthcare team, the Nurse Professional will be responsible for assessing patient needs and developing individualized plans of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' needs and develop/revise individualized plans of care based on patient responses and outcomes.">
  • Respect diversity by building respectful relationships with team members and customers.">
  • Function as a patient and family advocate, ensuring their rights and needs are met.">
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing.">
  • Maintains current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.">
  • Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.">
  • ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC certifications may be required for certain areas.">
  • 1 year experience is preferred unless approved by AVP level or above.">
