As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and safety in our production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased productivity and reduced costs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, standards, and training materials.
- Collaborate with production staff to resolve technical issues and optimize equipment performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage budgets for capital projects and process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
