Cannabis Specialist

Aeriz is seeking a skilled Cannabis Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality cannabis products.

• Trimming and Manicuring: Trim and manicure cannabis plants to ensure maximum quality and consistency.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment and tools to ensure operational readiness, safety, and cleanliness.
• Strain Preparation: Prepare multiple strains, each in their own way, to meet our high standards.

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Age and Certification: Must be 21 years of age and able to obtain a Cultivation center agent ID card.
• Physical Demands: Ability to spend long hours performing repetitive tasks.
• Experience: Previous experience in a factory-style production environment preferred.
