As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying and selling vehicle repairs and maintenance, and working closely with technicians and salespersons to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Verify work was properly performed and diagnosed
  • Research vehicle history to make educated recommendations
  • Input and maintain customer information
  • Complete work tasks in an efficient and organized manner
  • Use telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day
  • Schedule service appointments
Requirements
  • High level customer service experience
  • Strong time management and work ethic skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers
  • Dealership experience preferred
