We are looking for a skilled Subaru Main Line Technician to perform a variety of tasks, including inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems using advanced diagnostic equipment
• Perform repairs and maintenance on Subaru vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
• Use independent judgment to make decisions and prioritize tasks
• Document all work and hours per manufacturer and Kendall policies
• Road test vehicles to ensure quality of work and issues resolution

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Subaru Main Line Technician or equivalent experience in a dealership or large independent shop
• ASE certifications preferred
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions
