Job Description

At Kendall Auto Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Receptionist to join our team. As a Service BDC Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and connecting them with the correct service advisor. You will also be responsible for taking messages, scheduling service recall appointments, and providing service updates. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering an unrivaled customer experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fielding all calls for the service department
  • Answering client questions and connecting them with the correct service advisor
  • Taking messages and scheduling service recall appointments
  • Providing service updates and ensuring timely communication with clients

Requirements:

  • High level customer service experience
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable on the phone and able to handle up to 30 calls per hour
