Job Description

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director for our Adult Psychiatric Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to the development of adult psychiatric services.
  • Ensure that all consumers receive psychiatric services appropriate to their condition in a timely manner.
  • Provide clinical supervision to the psychiatrists and the Director of Nursing for Adult Services.
  • Responsible for the financial performance of the Medical Department, including individual clinician productivity, revenue enhancement, and expense control.
  • Responsible for the development of medical policy and is the ultimate clinical authority for Adult Services.

Requirements:

  • Board-eligible or Board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
