Resource Allocation Coordinator for Marine Services

The Resource Allocation Coordinator for Marine Services will be responsible for maintaining computer software programs needed for daily departmental functions, reviewing standard work items and associated reference drawings to establish a logical work breakdown structure as part of schedule development and planning. They will also create proposal schedules and supporting documentation to submit with all fixed-price bids, and create and maintain execution schedules to include resource loading.
The ideal candidate will have seven years of scheduling experience in the ship repair or similar industry, with supervisory experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills are required, as well as strong computer skills, including Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, etc.) and proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software with similar capabilities (MS Project, Open Plan, 3M Sked).
A salary of $90,000 is offered, along with an excellent benefit package, and is part of an affirmative action/equal employment opportunity employer.
