Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Vessel Operations Manager to join our team at U.S. Marine Management LLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of Army Watercraft and Modular Causeway Systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Army Watercraft maintenance, with a focus on operations management.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
