About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marine Facility Assistant to join our team at LEAD Staffing. This role involves assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of marine facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and clean work sites to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist in the setup and operation of equipment
  • Provide support to installation and service teams as needed
  • Rip out fiberglass insulation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Experience with small hand and power tools
