Job Overview:
As a Fault Engineer with U.S. Marine Management LLC, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our Army Watercraft and Modular Causeway Systems. Your expertise in fault identification, repair, and documentation will ensure that our vessels operate safely and efficiently.

**Job Description:**
  • Daily coordination of fault repair activities with maintenance teams
  • Development and maintenance of maintenance documentation according to Performance Work Statement requirements
  • Management of fault repairs and upload of maintenance data into GCSS-Army
  • Research and provision of parts ordering documentation for vendors


**Responsibilities and Skills:}
• Responsible to the Maintenance Supervisor – COSIS to direct, coordinate and monitor, daily, Fault Repair Technicians and teams, ensuring performance and compliance with safety, environmental requirements, identified fault repair schedules and adhere to projected costs as outlined by the General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor - COSIS.Required to perform and execute hands on troubleshooting and maintenance requirements up to and including Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (AC & R) maintenance and repairs, electrical/electronic repairs, engine repairs, pipe repairs, motors and pump repairs, deck equipment repairs etc. without supervision or directive.

**Education and Experience:**
  • Watercraft experienced Warrant Officer, Senior NCO or equivalent with 5 - 10 years of Army Watercraft maintenance experience
  • Proficient in NS5 and SAMM maintenance management systems
  • Experience with GCSS-Army database operational system and applications


**Physical Demands and Working Conditions:**
  • Split time between office setting and working on board vessels performing sea trials, dock trials, and vessel equipment maintenance and operational checks
  • Vessel climates change with seasons, requiring various protective clothing
  • Work outside on vessels performing checks and repairs, which may be during inclement weather


**Estimated Salary:** ¥35,000,000 - ¥50,000,000 per year
