About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Dasco HME LLC. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our home medical equipment to referral sources and increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit physician offices to educate them on our products and services
  • Achieve monthly sales goals and work closely with Office Managers and Distribution Coordinators to follow up with referrals and ensure smooth relations
  • Maintain logs, including daily call logs, expense logs, and mileage logs, and submit them to the sales manager in a timely manner
  • Deliver medical documentation to physician offices for completion when needed
  • Establish, grow, and maintain good relationships with referral sources through regular communication and organization of meals
  • Comply with and report any compliance/safety issues
  • Develop territory plans and present them to leadership and peers
  • Utilize Excel (using pivot tables) and other Microsoft office applications to analyze data and make informed decisions
Requirements
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One-year sales experience, preferably in the medical field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Able to achieve, maintain, and exceed sales on a consistent basis
  • Good work ethic, listening, and organizational skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to work independently

Work Environment

This role operates primarily in a professional office environment or in a clinical setting when visiting physician offices. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Travel

Daily travel is required for this role during regular business hours, along with occasional overnight travel for training and corporate meetings at the home office.
