Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of business strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-first approach and empowering teammates to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to plan and organize daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of brand standards and programs.
  • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards, maintaining a visually appealing store environment that showcases our products.
  • Assist with training and development of teammates, focusing on coaching and mentoring to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15-35 lbs. items repetitively.
  • Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.
  • Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
