Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and engage with them to understand their needs and preferences
  • Make recommendations based on customer feedback and product knowledge
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Ensure that the sales floor and stockroom are well-organized and visually appealing
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our Point of Sale system
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age, High School graduate or equivalent
  • Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work extended hours on game days and during events
  • Foreign language skills are a plus
