3C-AI Venture is in search of a seasoned executive to step into the role of Co-Founder Partner, directly reporting to the President and Chairman of the board.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Executive Leader, you will be responsible for executing the company's mission, overseeing its strategic direction, and ensuring robust financial performance that meets stakeholder expectations.

Your role will involve owning the market entry strategy, driving revenue growth, and leading fundraising efforts by establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) in the following order: Fundraising, Marketing, and Sales.

You will be tasked with hiring, delegating, and supervising key personnel as the organization expands, including the Head of Marketing and Sales.

Additionally, you will manage strategic partnerships, oversee the balance sheet, cash flow, and profit and loss (P&L), develop execution strategies for launches, and provide operational management oversight.

A long-term commitment to the company is expected, with a vested interest from the outset to ensure you can benefit from both immediate and future rewards.


Qualifications:


Minimum of 5 years of experience in a growth startup environment with revenues exceeding $10 million or in senior corporate management; experience in P&L management and/or a successful exit from a previous startup is essential.

A willingness to engage as a business partner and board member, with the capability to balance the fiduciary responsibilities of all stakeholders while demonstrating a proven ability to create value.

Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, with the capability and desire to manage a business focused on generating strong free cash flow and EBITDA from the second quarter onward.

An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to responsibilities, favoring action over analysis paralysis.

Proven ability to enhance profitability through strategic corporate and business development initiatives.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, both in private and public settings, with a strong drive, talent, and integrity.

An advanced degree from a prestigious university (e.g., MS, MBA, or PhD) is preferred.


Requirements:
Success in enterprise software sales or corporate development, complemented by a robust industry network.
Expertise in relevant industries such as Finance, Healthcare, BioTech, Life Sciences, eCommerce, or top consulting firms in Innovation.
Ability to quickly adapt and self-execute while fostering business growth and talent development.

A comprehensive understanding of corporate innovation, startup dynamics, and the key drivers of financial performance, including earnings per share (EPS) for public companies and annual recurring revenue (ARR) for startups.

Work arrangement: Hybrid model, primarily remote, with the necessity to engage with customers, partners, and investors.
