Job Summary

O'Connor Plumbing is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support our team in Frederick, MD. This full-time position involves 8 hours of in-office work per day, Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and distribute invoices in QuickBooks
  • Manage and generate reports as needed
  • Communicate with customers and employees via phone and email
  • Enter timesheets in QuickBooks
  • Perform general administrative tasks using Microsoft products
