Education Field Marketing Asset Creation Lead

As an Education Field Marketing Asset Creation Lead at Apple, you will play a critical role in fueling the Field and empowering the Channel with meaningful and timely knowledge and training. Your primary responsibility will be to build and implement resources and best practice examples that help drive new customer acquisition, development of existing accounts, and ensure retention at time of refresh. You will also curate and communicate Education marketing content to the field and our channel partners, collaborating with channel partners, customers, and Apple teammates from all over the company to get it done. Your goal will be to inspire the customer by having the right conversation, in the right location, throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Fuel the Field and empower the Channel with meaningful and timely knowledge and training.
- Build and implement resources and best practice examples that help drive new customer acquisition, development of existing accounts, and ensure retention at time of refresh.
- Curate and communicate Education marketing content to the field and our channel partners.
- Collaborate with channel partners, customers, and Apple teammates from all over the company to get it done.
- Inspire the customer by having the right conversation, in the right location, throughout the year.
Requirements
This role requires 12+ years of experience in an indirect sales, business development, and/or marketing role with a background in leading content curation for the channel. A Bachelor's degree, equivalent marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) or work experience is also required. Strong project management experience to maintain a high-level overview of multiple work-streams and demonstrate execution excellence is a must. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey the importance of new ideas, programs, and initiatives leading to strong sales outcomes, and proven experience developing indirect sales marketing content to resonate with various audiences are also essential. Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate organizational structures, and partner globally to deliver shared objectives, are also required. Ability to build a deep understanding of the needs of the Field, Channel, and our GEO, country, and regional Education teams, passion for the Apple brand, our vision and objectives, and how we value the customer experience, and ability to adhere to Marcom guidelines, worldwide direction, and Apple standards to create coherent and consistent content in the Apple tone of voice are also necessary.
