- Process transactions, including sales and registration, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the Snack Shack, changing rooms, restrooms, and observation space.
- Update informational displays with accurate and timely promotions and literature.
- Monitor the Snack area and provide guidance to Snack Shack staff.
- Participate in cross-training and substitute in multiple roles as needed.
- Act as a Goldfish Swim School ambassador, providing a Golden Experience to our students, families, and team members.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and administer first aid when necessary.
- Ability to work with children and provide a safe and welcoming environment.
- Problem-solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass background examinations prior to training.
The safety of our swimmers, parents, and team members is of the utmost importance. Goldfish Swim School follows all CDC and WHO safety standards, as well as local guidelines. We take additional safety precautions, including:
- On-staff cleaners to sanitize high-touch areas in our lobby and pool areas.
- Chlorine disinfection of our pools to provide a safe swimming environment.
- A state-of-the-art ventilation system that continuously circulates fresh air into our building, minimizing the spread of airborne viruses.
