Sales Director

The Sales Manager/Branch Manager will collaborate with internal teams and work closely with marketing and product development to align sales strategies with Shamrock's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Performance Management:
Track and report sales performance metrics, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
2. Team Leadership:
Monitor the performance of individual sales team members, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve sales performance. Recognize and reward high achievers while addressing performance issues constructively.
3. Sales Strategy Implementation:
Work with the sales manager or upper management to implement effective sales strategies and action plans. Ensure that the team aligns with these strategies to achieve sales goals.
4. Sales Forecasting:
Collaborate with the sales manager and other departments to create accurate sales forecasts, considering market trends and customer demand.
5. Team Building and Motivation:
Foster a positive and cohesive team environment. Motivate team members through recognition, incentives, and regular communication.
6. Communication:
Act as a liaison between the sales team and upper management. Ensure open lines of communication and relay important information effectively.

Requirements:
2-5 years of sales management experience
Roofing experience is not required but is preferred
You should possess excellent leadership skills
A strong understanding of sales principles
The ability to inspire and drive your team toward success
Effective communication
Problem-solving abilities
The capability to adapt to changing market conditions is also crucial in this role
Data-driven and results-oriented will help you make informed decisions and achieve sales objectives efficiently
