Position Overview:


The Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the success of our sales team. This role requires a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the automotive or car wash industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a desire to lead a team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, fleet services, and partnership deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and emerging sales techniques.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience

Experience in the automotive or car wash industry is highly desirable.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
