About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
  • Operational Management: Manage key operational and financial performance metrics, including food quality, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
  • Marketing and Branding: Market a rapidly growing brand, promoting our unique selling points and values to attract and retain customers.
  • Guest Experience: Create a legendary guest service experience, ensuring that every customer leaves our restaurant feeling valued and satisfied.
  • System Mastery: Master restaurant systems, including POS, HR, scheduling, inventory, and other key tools to drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of restaurant management and supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Knowledge of computers, including MS Word, Excel, and Micros, is a plus. Proficient in restaurant functions, including food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and report preparation.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability, and an outgoing personality are essential. A pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance are also required.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards. Good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff and guests are also necessary.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
