Competitive Compensation: Our pay rates are aligned with your experience and qualifications, offering up to $3.00 above the eastern Nebraska average and 20% higher than the national average.
Weekly Pay: Receive your paycheck every Friday, either by mail or direct deposit.
Paid Training: All initial training and shadowing sessions are compensated. No medical certification or prior experience is necessary; we will guide you through the specifics of caring for each client.
Reimbursed Travel: We compensate for your time and mileage for commutes of 30 miles or more, as well as for errands or appointments during shifts, or travel between clients' homes.
Career Advancement: We are committed to providing resources for your growth as a caregiver, including ongoing education. We offer five levels of advanced and specialty training through CareAcademy, with a $40 bonus for each completed course. Additionally, you may receive up to a dollar increase in your hourly wage within your first year and access to a mentoring program. Experienced caregivers can discuss opportunities to become a Team Lead, a role that involves closer engagement with training, scheduling, and mentoring of peers.

Holiday Compensation: Earn time-and-a-half for any major holidays you work.
Referral Incentive: Refer a qualified candidate, and as a token of appreciation, we will provide a $150 referral bonus after the new employee has been with us for 6 months, and another $150 after one year of service.
