  • Competitive Compensation: Our pay rates are aligned with your experience and qualifications, offering wages that are up to $3.00 above the eastern Nebraska average and 20% higher than the national average.
  • Weekly Pay: Enjoy the convenience of receiving your paychecks every Friday, either by mail or direct deposit.
  • Paid Training: All initial training and shadowing sessions are compensated. No prior medical certification or experience is necessary, as we provide guidance tailored to each client's needs.
  • Reimbursement for Travel: We compensate for your time and mileage for commutes exceeding 30 miles, as well as for errands or appointments during your shifts.
  • Opportunities for Advancement: We are dedicated to your growth as a caregiver, offering continued education resources. This includes five levels of advanced and specialty training through CareAcademy, with a $40 bonus for each completed course. Additionally, you may receive up to a dollar increase in your hourly wage within your first year and access to a mentoring program. Experienced caregivers can discuss opportunities to become a Team Lead, enhancing their involvement in training and scheduling.
  • Holiday Compensation: We offer time-and-a-half pay for major holidays when you provide care.
  • Referral Bonus: Refer a qualified candidate, and as a token of appreciation, you will receive a $150 bonus after the new employee has been with us for six months, and another $150 after one year of service.
