Behavioral Health Specialist

Children's Advantage is a leading provider of behavioral health services for children and families. We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team in Portage County.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children, adolescents, and families, and will be able to provide individual and group therapy sessions. The specialist will also be responsible for conducting psychosocial intake diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing crisis intervention services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial intake diagnostic assessments with children and families
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Masters degree in a related field (e.g. social work, counseling, psychology)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
