Job Overview

Are you a dynamic team member passionate about providing exceptional support to our insurance clients and policyholders? This position involves developing insurance contracts, advising prospective clients on coverage selections, and converting quotes into active policies. You will also play a crucial role in resolving billing inquiries, updating policies, and offering valuable policy recommendations.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $67,500 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay informed on new marketing strategies to effectively address insurance-related inquiries using all available resources
  • Respond to incoming call center inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage issues, consumer complaints, and general questions
  • Engage with customers regarding complaints, provide suitable solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Make precise adjustments to customer policies based on the information provided
  • Maintain records of all customer inquiries and follow up to confirm that all questions regarding customer policies are addressed
Required Qualifications:
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
  • A general understanding of insurance policies and schedules is advantageous
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Prior experience in customer service is essential for this role
